Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and objectives
  • Develop architectural plans and drawings using specialized software
  • Create detailed construction documents, including floor plans, elevations, and sections
  • Coordinate with other design professionals, contractors, and suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to timelines and budgets
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior design team members

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design
  • Proficiency in CAD and other design software
  • Strong knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and sustainability principles
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
