Your Role as a Structural EIT

As a Structural EIT at Granite Interiors, you will play a crucial role in the design and implementation of structural elements within our interior design projects. Working closely with our team of experienced engineers and designers, you will contribute to the creation of aesthetically pleasing and functional spaces. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Assisting senior engineers in the development of structural design concepts
  2. Performing structural calculations and analysis
  3. Preparing technical drawings and specifications
  4. Collaborating with architects and designers to ensure seamless integration of structural elements
  5. Conducting site visits and inspections to assess structural conditions
  6. Coordinating with contractors and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications and Skills

To succeed as a Structural EIT at Granite Interiors, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
  • EIT certification or actively working towards obtaining it
  • Proficiency in structural design software (such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SAP2000)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
